Plants ordered before 5pm Saturday will be carefully packed on Sunday for posting on Monday.

Orders placed after 5pm Saturday will be included in the following week's shipping run and posted the next Monday.

This helps ensure your orchids spend the shortest possible time in transit and are not left sitting in the postal system over the weekend.

Shipping pauses may occur during extreme weather.

Courier delays and weather impacts are outside our control.

Some states have strict quarantine laws. Orders may be cancelled if shipping is not permitted.

We ship all orders via Australia Post. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight/size of your order.

We currently do not have a physical store and is online based only. We do not open to the public or offer nursery visits to the general public at this time.

We are currently focused on growing and establishing a high quality range of orchids from our home nursery. Our long term goal is to expand into a physical location where customers can visit and experience our collection in person.

For now, all purchased are made online and we appreciate your support as we grow

Due to the nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution wherever we can.

We encourage customers to inspect their plants upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any concerns.

Due to quarantine rules we can only ship to New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

Flowering times vary depending on the species, maturity and growing conditions.

Some plants may flower within a season while others may take longer to establish before blooming.
